Trust our process will be as efficient and painless as possible.

Sauna sessions:

Your first visit will begin with a 15 minute session at a low temperature and gradually increase up to 136 degrees F. If tolerated, subsequent visits can begin at 136 degrees F.

Minimal to no sweating during the first session is normal. Sweating will increase with regular use, removing toxins and leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Daily sessions extended past 45 minutes at the optimal temperature are not allowed.

Pre-Sauna Session:

Hydrate with at least 250 mL of water to prepare your body for an increase in core temperature.

Wear the least amount of clothes necessary for your comfort. ie. swimsuit. This prevents the expelled toxins from being kept close to the skin and reabsorbed.

Post-Sauna Session:

You will need to drink at least 250 ml. of water or electrolytes to rehydrate.

Dry off with a Bamboo Carbon Towel. Cool down naturally or, if needed for medical purposes, you may be given a cool damp cloth and be placed in a room to lay flat. In severe cases you may take a shower in our facility. If shower is needed a staff member must assist.

You will be given a Bamboo Carbon Towel to sit on and dry with. This type of towel helps remove the toxins shed through your skin during the infrared sauna session.
